Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the websites actualarmor.com and actualarmor.group, and applications at app.actualarmor.com and chat.actualarmor.com (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Introduction

Actual Armor provides AI tools for narrative detection and intelligence workflows across media. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Tuluko Group OÜ. Additional policies referenced here (such as our Privacy Policy) are incorporated by reference.

2. About Us

Tuluko Group OÜ (Estonia, registry code: 14335661) operates Actual Armor under the laws of the European Union.

3. Definitions

  • Credits — virtual units consumed when you use analytical, generation, or automation features.
  • Purchased (paid) credits — credits acquired by top-up via Stripe.
  • Bonus/promotional credits — credits granted at our discretion for onboarding or promotions; have no monetary value.
  • Consumed credits — credits already used to perform an action; final and non-refundable except as set out below.

4. Credits, Bonuses, and Refund Policy

4.1 Credit usage and transactions

The Platform uses a credit-based model. Each action deducts credits from your balance and creates a transaction visible in your dashboard. Consumed credits cannot be reversed, reissued, or exchanged for cash.

4.2 Purchases and top-ups (Stripe)

You may top up your balance using Stripe. Payments are processed in EUR (or as displayed at checkout). Actual Armor does not store card data; card details are stored and tokenized by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1). See Stripe Security.

4.3 Promotional/bonus credits

  • Provided at Actual Armor’s discretion;
  • No monetary value and non-refundable;
  • May be time-limited, revoked, or modified.

4.4 Refunds

Refunds are available only for unused purchased credits. Request within 14 days of purchase. Refunds may be reduced to account for chargebacks, fees, or confirmed abuse/fraud. Bonus credits are not refundable. We may refuse refunds in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

5. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms, and to verify and interpret AI-generated outputs before acting upon them.

6. Prohibited Activities

  • Violation of laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
  • Uploading or distributing content that promotes hate, violence, terrorism, exploitation, or other illegal/harmful activity.
  • Producing or distributing disinformation, spam, phishing, or unsolicited mass messaging.
  • Reverse-engineering, accessing non-public interfaces, harming or overloading the Platform.
  • Bypassing payment or credit mechanisms.
  • Automating mass/commercial use without written permission.
  • Impersonation; misrepresenting the origin of results; removing legally required attributions.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate or are suspected of violating these Terms, and cooperate with law enforcement as required.

7. Ownership and License

You retain IP rights to the content you generate or upload. We claim no ownership. You grant Actual Armor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store and process your content to provide the service (including caching, backups, and latency reduction).

8. Responsibility for Outputs

You are solely responsible for how you use insights or outputs from the Platform and agree not to use them to mislead, manipulate, or harm individuals, organizations, or democratic processes.

9. Security & Compliance

  • Payments: Stripe handles top-ups; we do not store card data.
  • Credit ledger: credits function as consumption control; transactions are auditable.
  • Abuse controls: monitoring, limits, throttles.
  • Logging: detailed logs of transactions and API calls retained for compliance and disputes.
  • Data protection: GDPR-aligned processing; encryption in transit and at rest; least-privilege access.
  • Refund workflow: verification, balance checks, fraud screening, Stripe settlement.

10. Data Security & Privacy

We process only the minimum personal data required to operate accounts and payments. See our Privacy Policy for details on purposes, retention, and user rights.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account for violations or operational/security reasons. On termination, unused purchased credits may be refundable per Section 4.4, subject to verification. Promotional credits are forfeited.

12. Pricing & Offers

Current packages and promotions are listed on actualarmor.com/pricing. We may update pricing at any time. Material changes to refund policies will be communicated as in Section 13.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post updates here and update the “Last updated” date. Significant changes may be communicated in-app or via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia and applicable EU law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, unless otherwise required by consumer law.
